Shipping policy

We know you want to run! We process and ship orders within one to two business days. All services are provided by UPS and include a tracking # upon shipping. You are always free to contact us directly at Will@KidRunners.com anytime for shipping questions, track and trace support and/or international documentation FAQ's. 

SHIPPING COSTS

PURCHASE: Actual shipping is calculated at checkout. International shipping does not include duties and applicable VAT charges at the destination country. We handle all of the international shipping documentation and lead times generally take between 7 and 10 days. 

RETURNS: We will help you process return shipping charges to get you the lowest possible rate. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We generally ship every Thursday. Upon shipping, we provide track/trace info and any shipping support and customer service you need. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, via USPS. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.

DOES KIDRUNNER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. KidRunners are now in over 30 countries. Shipping & handling fees are calculated at checkout and we provide all necessary export/import documentation and track/trace numbers.
