PURCHASE: There is a $65 flat rate US shipping cost billed upon shipping if it's a pre-order KidRunner and billed at check out when KidRunner is available again for immediate shipping in June, '21. There is a $175 flat rate international shipping cost not including duties and applicable VAT charges at the destination country. We handle all of the international shipping documentation and lead times generally take between 7 and 10 days.
RETURNS: We will help you process return shipping charges to get you the lowest possible rate.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We generally ship every Thursday. Upon shipping, we provide track/trace info and any shipping support and customer service you need.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, only via FedEx SmartPost. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.
DOES KIDRUNNER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. KidRunners are now in over 30 countries. A $175 flat rate shipping rate is billed at check out and we provide all necessary export/import documentation and track/trace numbers.
