We know you want to run! We process and ship orders within one to two business days. All services are provided by UPS and include a tracking # upon shipping. HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

FREE SHIPPING, up to $100.00 value, is offered to anyone within the 48 contiguous states who signs up for KidRunner updates via our website. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses will receive a $100.00 credit towards the total cost of shipping. Contact us for more details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the next business day.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, only via FedEx SmartPost. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.

DOES KIDRUNNER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. A $100 USD shipping discount on all international rates is automatically applied to all international UPS destinations. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location. In the case of the US, our Free Shipping Offer saves you 100% of whatever it costs to ship to any of the 48 contiguous US states. It also deducts $100 USD from Hawaii and Alaska Shipment. 

International Shipping Rates vary by destination and service. Regardless, we extend the same $100 of Free Shipping value to all international orders. The discount is automatically deducted from the UPS rates when you see, "Shipping Method" at check out.
