Shipping Information
Let's run! We process and ship orders weekly, so expect an email with shipment updates within one business week. Except for Alaska (see below), all services are provided by UPS and include a tracking # upon shipping. You are always free to contact us directly at Will@KidRunners.com anytime for shipping questions, to track your package, and to support international deliveries.
SHIPPING COSTS
Actual shipping costs are applied at time of purchase; both domestic and international. We do not up-charge any shipping. International customers need to expect to pay additional duties and VAT where applicable. Those charges are generally collected by the shipper (e.g. UPS) prior to delivery in each country.
RETURNS: We will help you process return shipping charges to get you the lowest possible rate.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA
We know that shipping to Alaska is costly, so we want to ensure the most affordable shipping options to our KidRunner community up North. So, we've partnered with a delivery service called Carlile MyConnect. This is a "Hub" delivery service that requires recipients to pick up their package at one of a growing list local package centers, conveniently located near all major Alaskan population centers. This includes Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Kodiak, and Deadhorse.
Shipping with Carlile MyConnect
- Place your KidRunner order through our online storefront, and input your delivery address on the checkout page.
- Select the "Alaska - SPECIAL SHIPPING" option
- After checkout... We'll create a customized shipping label to deliver your shipment to the nearest package pick-up center.
- You will receive shipment updates via email and be notified when the package is ready for pickup!
We know this process is a little different usual, but it will allow us to cut shipping rates from $280 (for UPS shipping) down to $105 for MyConnect!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship weekly, so expect to receive email confirmations within 7 business days of your order. We will provide you with a tracking #, assembly info, and other tip & tricks upon each confirmed shipment.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, via US Post Service. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.
DOES KIDRUNNER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. KidRunners are now in over 30 countries. Actual shipping rates to each country are applied at check out. Note that shipping costs don't include international duties and VAT applied in each country separately.
